Birth Mosaic is offered for reflection, education, and entertainment. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or scientific advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Only people aged 18 or older may operate Birth Mosaic. Adults may create profiles for their children or other family members and are responsible for the information they enter.

Birth Mosaic stores your information on your own device, not on a Birth Mosaic account. You are responsible for keeping backups using Export My Data. Birth Mosaic cannot recover information lost when browser data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or a device changes.

Birth Mosaic presents traditional, folkloric, and modern symbolic systems with sources. Modern systems — including the Dreamspell / Law of Time 13 Moon calendar — are identified as modern frameworks and are not presented as the traditional calendars or practices that inspired them.

Contributions support the continued development and free availability of Birth Mosaic. Contributions are voluntary and are not tax-deductible unless expressly stated otherwise. Contributions do not purchase features, services, or guarantees. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

These terms will be finalised and dated when the operating entity is confirmed.
